Methods & Technologies

Our products are designed for a wide range of applications and situations. For example, plant flow diagrams may be printed or engraved on acrylic glass. In other cases, aluminium with underlying anodic printing may be a better choice.
We can process panels and boards up to 3,000 x 1,000 mm in size. When required, pins may be welded to the rear side.
Display areas may be milled, stamped or laser cut as required by the customer, including transparent or colour-illuminated sections with acrylic glass. Cut-outs for diodes, devices or monitors are milled into the panels as specified in design drawings.
Non-ferrous metals, stainless steel and synthetics are the three categories of materials. Künkler processes these materials with the following methods: milling, engraving, anodising, etching, screen printing, anodic printing, digital printing, stamping, laser cutting, painting and coating.
