New possibilities thanks to digital print

We decided to improof our machinery. Thus we bought a brand new digital printing machine to offer a new way of printing to our customers.

The digital printing machine, the UV flatbed printer creates the opportunity to print foils, acrylic glass and a varity of plastic.

This procedure offers a range of advantages:

Thanks to the digital processing of data, theres no film or screen production such as screen print. That saves a lot of money and time, therefore we can offer our product cheaper and deliver them faster to our customers. Furthermore, this machine reduces the productioncost per piece as well as the productioncost for small amounts.

Advantages of the digital print technique are scatch- and chemical- restistants. The trusses are adhesive and can still be processed afterwads.

Typical products are firms and type signs, control panels, indicating labels or front foils made of polyester or polycarbone. The biggest possible size is 1,220 x 1,220 mm.
