Künkler Industrieschilder bets on ERP-solution AP+

“Künkler Industrieschilder GmbH & Co. KG” supplies for more than 50 years individual and special required signs in all industrial sectors.
In summer 2017 we decided to implement a new software as a solution for our business processes, thus been adequately covered.
With the decision for AP+, the future is in progress. The implementation will happen thanks to the AP+ gold partner et-systems GmbH from Limburg.
Within the frame of the implementation, all processes will be recorded. Et-system has a special tool for that: ProMod. Afterwards these processes are analysed to identify which process needs improvement.
The ERP-introduction gains to find a one-way solution for all processes. The AP+ configuration pursues an efficient quotation and order entry, thus the effort for offer calculation decrease. The additional time can be spend on core activity, business development and promote contact with loyal customers.
For the production, Künkler Industrieschilder is about to start saving paper. Material posting, feedback and the time of order will be recorded straight at the machinery or the working space via a touch work control terminal. The time intensive accounting of production documents will lapse. It has a positive affect on inventory and order processing, due to high transparency. AP+ will show the status of an order.
Expending the machinery led to complex internal procedures. Coincident, the amount of orders increased. However earlier, the solutions of Künkler Industrieschilder GmbH & Co. KG reached its limits but thanks to AP+ the director Mister Altenburg will not have any struggles in the future.
